Room in 3 Bedroom Williamsburg Apt PRIME location!

9?x11? room available in cozy 3 bdrm apt in PRIME WILLIAMSBURG area off the Lorimer L stop / Metropolitan G!! (also 10 min walk to JMZ). Room has 1 smaller tall window and there is a large ceiling skylight. Some extra closet & storage space in living room closet. Room fits a full bed and smaller furniture pieces.
Looking for a laid back, clean, responsible, respectful roommate to share the ?cozy? space.
We are both laid back, keep to selves a lot but also use living room and do some cooking, both in creative fields with different jobs - restaurant and sales / entertainment.

Space best for someone who does not have a large amount of ?stuff? and may not need a lot of space. My last roommate was from abroad and moved here for a job, all was great but she had to leave due to Covid to get back to her family. PLEASE NOTE **RIGHT NOW the room is partially furnished with a Twin Bed and a hanging clothes rack and few other things ( see photos ) All furniture can be removed if you do not want/ need it.

Rent is $925 ** Please note this INCLUDES Utilities and Apartment supplies other than TP and Paper towels we each buy beginning of each month.

We all share equally in cleaning and this is very important for a cozy space. We each have a room we clean and keep clean for the month and it rotates.
