Looking for someone to take over the last 2 months of my lease (ends Sep 30), with option to renew with landlord. Move in on Aug 1 (or a few days earlier if needed).

Sunny aspect with a great south-facing view, much of it unblocked by any building so you can see right downtown. Many bars/restaurants/shops round the corner on Bleecker, but Jones St itself is very quiet. 5th floor walk up in a quiet building (4 units per floor, most are single occupants) and a live-in super.

If interested in buying my (barely used) furniture, I would be willing to give a very good price- perfect for those moving from roommates to living alone.

Subway lines A, B, C, D, E, F, M (West 4th) and 1,2 (Christopher St) all within a 3 minute walk. 4 minutes to Washington Square Park.
