The Apartment:
One unfurnished bedroom is available w/ adjacent bathroom in this very large, 3 bedroom furnished apartment in Santa Monica. The room has lots of natural sunlight, with enough room for any sized bed and desk inside, as well as lots of closet space, and full-bodied closet wall mirror. The upstairs bathroom adjacent to the room is yours to share (I have my own half bathroom attached to my room, so would just need access to the shower in the upstairs bathroom). The upstairs living room, dining room, and kitchen have hardwood flooring, with crown molding in living room/dining room. The kitchen has also been updated with granite counter tops. We have in-unit laundry (water bill paid by owner), a private balcony, dishwasher, cable/Internet, etc. There is one tandem parking space available with visitor parking available on the street (street parking pass is included). Splitting utilities (gas, electric, cable/Internet) varies but is usually under $100 per month.

The Location:
The apartment is located on 6th and Washington Ave., walking distance to 3rd St. Promenade and the Beach (5 blocks). As things open back up, it?s the perfect location to access all the popular restaurants and bars out here. At the same time, the neighborhood itself is quiet and provides a good place to rest, recuperate, study, and work, etc. when needed. This place has all the amenities of living in LA without having to worry about a long commute or much noise/traffic.

The Roommates:
Two late twenties guys who are polite, social, hard-working, and will mostly stay out of your hair. That being said, we are super agreeable/chill and friendly guys, who would welcome another fun-loving person to join us in our outings. When we are not at work or home, you will most likely find us at the gym, outdoors, spending time in the sun, or going out w/ friends.

You:
We are looking for a respectful, social, kind roommate who is responsible about rent/bills. Perfect for a young professional or grad student seeking accommodations. Open to guys, girls, etc.

When:
The apartment will be available for move in starting September 1st.
