One large bedroom available in 2BR / 1BA starting August 1. My roommate has decided to temporarily move out of NYC after his office announced a work from home policy through end of year. Sublease dates are flexible, but ideally starting in Aug/Sept and staying for 1-2 months. You will be moving into a huge room with a walk-in closet and three large windows that get great light. The apartment is comfortable, has great space and is one block from Central Park, which has been a blessing during quarantine.
You will be living with me - a 27 y/o consultant who is working from home (i. e. from the kitchen table) through end of year. I would enjoy living with someone who is clean and similar in age and profession.
