Room is bright with two closets, ac unit and fireplace (does not work). Room does not have its own bathroom but there is a shared bathroom in the hall, and a second in the master bedroom on the top floor.
Apartment has private roof access where residents are free to relax, bbq, etc.
Sublease through May 31, 2021 with option to join lease.
Roommates are 2 young female professionals and 1 male commuter who is in the apt aprox. 2 days a week.
