Large Bright Bedroom with Private Bathroom!

Welcome to your gorgeous bedroom with exposed brick and your own huge private bathroom with shower, steps away from the train. This room has two windows and is in the back of the apartment, away from street noise.

Your roommates are two friendly and tidy 40-somethings, a photographer and a songwriter. There are two adorable senior dogs that are gated in the front of the apartment. Sorry, no more animals allowed in the apartment.

Laundry is in unit. Dishwasher is for your own use only. Apartment is on the top floor with only one apartment beneath us and a storefront in the ground level.
Location and central air are a bonus! We share all utilities (hot water/gas, electricity) and internet, which are not included in the rent.
Grocery store and train are each a 30 sec walk. Blink Fitness is across the street.
C train to Manhattan.
S train to Prospect Park.
