Large Bedroom with Beautiful Balcony and Parking i

2 Bed ,2 bath, 2 parking spot apartment in safe gated building. Laundry on site with large pool, GREAT neighbors. We have a balcony that looks over the pool. We are on the top level, with neighbors that live below. This is an older unit built in 1930 but on-site manager takes extremely good care of the ground and is super friendly and involved in the neighbor gatherings. We are located two blocks from trader joes, comedy store, the griddle, CVS, and many more bars and restaurants. Looking for someone who is out-going, super clean, and doesn't smoke. Unfortunately there are no pets allowed in this building but I love pets! I work in the film industry in the art department so normally im gone 12-14 hours a day, but home during the weekends. Im no drama, low matinence, love an adventure, and a crazy hard worker. My dear friend is moving away and so I need to find someone to fill her room, the space is mostly furnished, except for your room.
