Look everyone?my current roommate is moving out and I'm looking to find a new long term roommate to move in by July 1, will not entertain short term requests. I think the apartment is pretty dope and prefer to continue kicking it here. You want to know more? Here are some highlights: it?s a 2b/2ba with views of the Hollywood Hills, a decent sized living room, central A/C, patio, a couple blocks from Hollywood Blvd, beer mirror in the living room, and I?m living here. Looking to lease out the guest bedroom as I will be moving into the master. Guest bedroom is a good size and offers a walk in closet which can handle someone with a diverse fashion statement and your own detached bathroom adjacent to the room so that means no scheduling or waiting when you want to use. Tandem parking and water are included in the rent while gas, electric, and WiFi are separate and split between us. Common areas are furnished but if you have your own furniture will consider removing some items. I have an English Cocker Spaniel who stays in my room when I am gone. Landlord will not allow anymore pets in the apartment though :(
