Large Room for rent

Hi!

My name is Arianna and I am a 32 year old professional. I am currently renting out the 2nd bedroom and bathroom in my conveniently located apartment. The closest cross streets are La Brea and Santa Monica or Highland and Santa Monica. The apartment also comes with 2 tandem parking spaces. I currently don't have a car so it's all yours!

The room and bathroom are practically their own wing of the apartment, across from where my room and bedroom are. The room currently fits a queen-size bed, desk, multiple bookshelves and has a ginormous walk-in closet! The bathroom is also humungous with a tub/shower and large vanity. My current roommate is moving to Portugal and is also selling her things so if you're in need of a furnished room, that could work out! The room will come unfurnished otherwise.

The kitchen and living room are all shared spaces. The living room even has a fireplace and a small balcony. The kitchen comes equipped with a dishwasher as well. The apartment has parquet flooring throughout and tiled floors in the kitchen and bathrooms.

The apartment building may not be the prettiest on the outside but the inside got new flooring and paint during the quarantine. The building has a laundry room that you can pay for with an app, so no need to source a bunch of quarters! There is also an elevator, big terrace, and a patio with a jacuzzi! The building has quiet hours from 10pm-8am. The building is not pet friendly but allows emotional support animals.

About me: I am 'Cali sober' as the youths are calling it these days. I spend most of my time working from home. I am also an actor and sometimes need to self tape from home. I enjoy hanging out with my friends. I love working out, cooking, baking and going on hikes. I also love playing games and hosting an occasional Game Night. I am very clean and am an early riser so I go to bed around 10pm every night. This ad may not make me seem fun, but I swear I am!

What I am looking for: Since I work from home on calls, ideally my next roommate works out of the home or doesn’t mind being quiet during the day while I take client calls. It would be ideal to find someone that I can hang out with from time to time but we are both comfortable in our own spaces, doing our own thing. Being clean is probably my number one deal breaker; if you’re not clean, this isn’t going to be the right fit.

Also, the move in date can be a bit flexible for the right person.

Finally, whoever moves in will first need to apply ($25) with the building as an 'Occupant'. You won't be on the lease but this will still include a credit and a background check.
