The living room

My roommate is moving out of his room June 25th, so I am looking for someone to start then (exact date is flexible). The apartment is newly renovated and has a living room and a full kitchen with a dishwasher. The room has two large windows, and will come unfurnished.

Awesome location; laundromat, groceries, tons of awesome bars, restaurants, cafes all at walking distance. 2/3/4/5 trains are only a block away (no train noise in the apt) and will get you to the city quick. The S train shuttle will also connect you to the A/C trains in just minutes. Right near the Brooklyn Museum & Prospect Park.

The rent is $1200/month, utilities (internet, electric, gas) average ~$65 a month. Heat & water are free. This can be paid month-to-month with a minimum notice of 1 month given on the 1st in case you need to move out. A deposit of $1000 is required (to be paid back in full when you leave).

About me: I'm a 25 year old who works for a software company. Ideal roommate would be someone who is outgoing but respectful of the house and noise levels.
