I have a 3BR/1.5BA in Midtown East available for a lease takeover! Lease ends 4/30/2021, with move-in date targeted for some time in July or Aug (super flexible here).

The room fits a full size bed, dresser, small desk & chair - with space to spare. The previous tenant had a queen size bed, so depending on how you arrange the room, a bigger bed would fit as well (along with other things). Includes a full closet and smaller closet for extra storage.

My roommates are two twenty-something professionals working in financial services. As someone with her fair share of bad roommates, they are a breath of fresh air - sensible, considerate, respectful, responsible, etc. I feel so lucky to have lived with them over last year as they are both great friends and great roommates, and am very sad to leave them :(
