My roommate and I have 3 rooms available for rent in our 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom house in the Sunset. The house is 2 stories with a garage, driveway, washer, and dryer. All 3 rooms are available starting June 1st.

About the rooms:
We have 3 rooms available. All 3 rooms are private but different in size and monthly rent meaning you have options.

170sqft, $1750 per month - This is the master bedroom of the house and includes its own private bathroom and spacious closet. It has a huge window overlooking our backyard. A couple could easily be comfortable in here, especially with the private bathroom. This room is on the second floor where there are 2 other bedrooms, a living room, dining room, and kitchen. We're asking for the first month's rent plus a $1500 security deposit. For a couple we are asking $2000.

120sqft, $1400 per month - This is a private room on the first floor of the house. The first floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a kitchenette. You'd be sharing the bathroom with one other person. The picture of the room shows it with a couple bunk beds, but of course the room will be empty when you move in. We are asking for the first month's rent plus an $1100 security deposit.

100sqft, $1200 per month - This is a private room on the second floor. At 100sqft it has enough space for a queen-sized bed, dresser and other furniture. You will only be sharing a bathroom with 1 other person. We're only asking $1200 per month plus a $900 security deposit.

About the house:
The house is in the Sunset/Parkside, which is a wonderful neighborhood to live in. It's quiet, safe, and clean. You can even walk to Ocean Beach and Golden Gate Park. The highlights of our place are the size and comfort. It is exceptionally roomy, and no more than 2 people ever need to share a bathroom. It's full of windows and natural light. The kitchen is equipped, and the living room is set up nicely already because we are already settled in. We have had the house for 3 years. 2 of our roommates are leaving July 1st, which is why we are renting now.
