3 bed 2 bath Greenpoint w/ ROOFTOP

I am searching for two great new roommates to take over two bedrooms in my sunny, three-bedroom apartment in prime Greenpoint. This is a flexible sublet/lease takeover going until at least July 31st and the potential to renew a year lease starting in August.

About the apartment:

The apartment is 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a washer and dryer in unit. The kitchen has an electric stove, dishwasher, and a full-size fridge. It is a newly renovated unit with tall ceilings, a skylight in the living space, a rain shower and a digital thermostat! Additionally, there is rooftop space that is shared with the entire building that the management company has furnished with tables, chairs, couches and lounges and has a stunning view of the East River and Manhattan Skyline!

About the rooms:

One of the rooms is available beginning May 15th (date is flexible), while the other is available beginning June 1st. The sublet would run until July 31st with the potential to renew a year lease at the beginning of August. Both of the bedrooms can fit full-size beds and a dresser, and both have a closet with storage space. They also both have a large window allowing an abundance of natural sunlight, especially in the mornings. Tenants moving into these two bedrooms will share the bathroom closest to these rooms. Rent is $1,250.00 /month plus utilities, including electric and wifi, that is split 3 ways (averaging approximately $50-$75 a month).

About the neighborhood:

This is a prime location in the heart of Greenpoint. The neighborhood is extremely accessible with just a short walk to the G train at Greenpoint Avenue (about a 5 min walk) and about a 6 min walk to the East River Ferry (Greenpoint stop). The neighborhood is truly one of my favorites in Brooklyn. It has a sense of community, is calm and quiet, and has several cute shops, restaurants, coffee shops and bars. It is extremely close to the heart of Williamsburg where there are even more amazing spots to choose from.

About me:

I am a 26 year old female working in City government doing community planning work. When I?m not working, I enjoy exercising, cooking, spending time with friends, etc. I enjoy having occasional small gatherings but am not looking for parties in the space. I am extremely clean and respectful of others and their space and am looking for roommates who match this description.

About you:

You always pay rent on time, keep common areas very clean (always do your dishes after dirtying them, etc), are employed or in school, and are a kind, mature, and considerate person.

A note on COVID-19:

No one living in this apartment has shown symptoms of coronavirus. Anything being brought into the apartment must be sanitized to minimize exposure.
