I am currently leasing my bedroom in a 3 bedroom newly renovated luxury apartment at Riverbank West. Option to take over my portion of the lease at no fee. Lease ends July 30, 2020 with option to renew.

I am moving out April 15th and can let you move in any time after that, and I am willing to offer free rent for April at no additional charge. You would only pay rent for May, June & July.

You would share the apartment with 1 other roommate (professional female, late 20s, quiet and shy).

The apartment features a balcony off the living room overlooking the Hudson River. The open kitchen features dishwasher and incredible River Views. The terrace is off of the Living room and Dinning room. The building serves complimentary coffee, pastries and fruit in the lobby Monday- Friday. There is a free shuttle bus mon- fri that makes stops along 42nd street.
