Hi my name is Erica. I have a furnished room for rent in the Bronx, on the Grand Concourse. Share kitchen & bathroom. I am asking for $1,200- monthly, or weekly rate: $300- for single occupant. Couples rate: $1,400- monthly or $350 weekly. plus security deposit. Gas & electric included in price.
The building is conveniently located right down the block from the "D" train with easy access to the "4". There Grand Concourse Bx#1 & Bx#2 buses stops just steps away from building. The room has a full-sized bed, dresser, mirror, chest and desk. There is a Laundry room in the building, also close to shopping area and restaurants that deliver.. 24hr security guard stationed in the lobby with surveillance cameras on each floor & laundry room.
