Roommate Wanted in Bellflower

Hi there! One of our roommates is moving out to move in with her boyfriend and we need to find someone to replace her. Three of us live in this house already (two of us are 27 and one is 29; we all work full-time). You would have your own bedroom and share a bathroom (with one female). The room is available starting April 1st - rent is $950 a month + $50 in utilities. We have a yard and lots of common areas (large kitchen with dishwasher, family room, and dining room), washer/dryer in garage, and parking in driveway or on the street. Please let me know if you have an interest in chatting more about our place or if you'd like to set up a time to view it. I haven't provided a picture of the room as my roommate hasn't moved out yet - the room pictured is almost exactly the same but the window placement is more horizontal in the room we are looking to rent. For size reference, the bed pictured is a queen and there is at least 3 feet of space surrounding it on all sides. Thank you!
