Insurance executive looking for compatible roommate to share my house.

Great for NYC commuters and professionals! Close to Bus lines and train and all major highways. Hackensack is in the center of Bergen County.
Large Victorian single family Home to share.
Large room, use of kitchen. Two full bathrooms.

Requirements:
A 9-5 M-F Full-time work schedule.
Non-smoker a must NO POT SMOKER OR VAPERS! (Allergic to cigarette smells) If you smoke do not reply.
I keep the house on the colder side during the winter, better for my breathing. 55-63 degrees.
Male only apply (no females) I live at home.
Rent $825 a month plus utilities.
Your average share of utility is $55/60 a month. Depending on how cold it is or gas prices.
Wifi available.
Plenty of off street parking.

A month and half security and first month rent is required.
