Here is a new private room and bathroom in the only
new construction in Washington Heights. 2 year lease will be up and one roommate (doctoral music student) wi be remaining in the apartment as of July 1.

This apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room. The square footage is around 850sq ft.
Utilities are not included. There is electric heating and an optional heater which can be turned on manually in the living room. Heating and AC costs anywhere between $70-$225 per month ($35-112 each). Internet can be had through Spectrum for $44.99 on a deal ($22 each).

Spacious furnished bedroom includes a Leesa double mattress with black frame and headboard. Also provided are drawers and a small desk with upper partitions connected directly to the wall. Two closets for additional storage, one in the room and one in the hallway. Nice large windows give a street view and provide great natural light. Bedroom is 13x8?

Private bathroom offers toilet and walk in shower. Second bathroom belongs to other roommate which has a bathtub.

New building features FOB entry, video monitors for door entry, laundry machines, small gym and storage in the basement, refuse rooms on each floor with recycling area and a trash chute directly to the basement. Courtyard in the rear has some seating provided by management.
