Unfurnished rooms available in a 4BR/2Bath apartment in Jackson Heights. Apartment is recently fully renovated, bright and spacious and the kitchen is fully furnished. Rooms have lots of natural light, come with built-in closet and can fit a full/queen-size bed, a desk and a chair, book shelf. Each bathroom will be shared by two roommates.

6mins bus / 10mins walk to 82nd St Station (7 Train)
13mins bus / 20mins walk to Jackson Heights-Roosevelt Ave Station (E/F/M/R/7 Trains)
The Q32 and Q33 bus stops are right across the street.
There are lots of restaurants, bars, and grocery stores around!

There are three (3) rooms available. Heat and water are included in the rent. We split electricity, gas, and internet ? around $125/month (shared by 4 people). One month deposit is required.

Room 1: $815 (12 x 10 ft), Walk-in closet (approx. 8 x 5ft)

Room 2: $775 (12 x 9 ft)
This room has the same size as mine and comes with similar built-in closet, please see photos of my room for reference. It has a window facing the back of the apartment.

Room 3: $775 (11 x 10 ft)
This room has the same size as mine and comes with a similar built-in closet, please see photos of my room for reference. It is extra bright with 2 tall windows, one facing the back and another facing the street.

I?m looking for female roommates to sign a 12-month lease contract with me. Unfortunately, for various personal reasons, my current roommates decided not to renew the lease while I hope to stay by finding their replacements. Not only that I am satisfied living in this apartment in a safe neighborhood with the convenience of the transportation and accessibility of essential shops, but also honestly find it burdensome to pack my things (I have a lot) and move to another apartment during this challenging and uncertain times.

A little about me - I?m a Filipina working as Accountant in Queens and Brooklyn. I usually work from 9am-6pm. I am clean, respectful, and easy going. I mostly just stay at home to relax during the weekends. I do hangout with few friends sometimes but I don?t bring parties home. Would love to meet clean and considerate roommates to help maintain shared spaces clean and tidy, and probably share some interests and hobbies, too! :)
