4 blocks from Fort Hamilton F and G train station. Express bus to Manhattan on the corner. Runs mornings and afternoons (Except Sunday). 17 minutes to World Trade Center, 35 minutes to midtown. Runs from Manhattan until 11:00 p. m. . Prospect Park is 5 blocks away and there is a laundry room on the ground floor of the building.

I am an older white male. I am (fairly) quiet, responsible, and considerate. I don? t entertain people ?at home? and don? t bring in ?sleep-overs.? Would prefer the same regarding guests. (Some exceptions can apply.) NOT a party house.

The living areas (my rooms and the available room) are at opposite ends of the apartment so the living arrangement is pretty separate.

Looking to share with another male. The place is kept neat. I clean up after myself in the bathroom and kitchen and ?again? prefer the same. Although the space is for occupancy 24/7, a professional? with a job? who is not actually home 24/7 (lol) is preferred.

The monthly share of expenses is $ 870. (WiFi, electricity, and gas included.) First month's rent and one month? s security is due before moving in. Proof of I. D. is also required. You can move in March 1st.

The room has a queen-size bed and an air conditioner. (See photos.)
