3 Rooms ($950+) in a Duplex & Luxury building

Three rooms available for rent in a 4bedroom 2.5 bath room duplex in a luxury building in Brooklyn. Please look up 180franklin. com for details on the building. I have the master bedroom with my own bathroom. the common bathroom and half bathroom at the lower level will be shared by the three roommates. Unit has a washer and dryer and updated appliances. Building Amenities include: Front Desk, Package Delivery, Landscape Rooftop Terrace with 2 Gas Grills and great view of the city, Fitness Center, Work From Home Space, Art Gallery, Music Rehearsal Space, Bike Room (additional cost), Parking Garage (additional Cost) and Resident lounge.

The other roommates (3 girls) are moving out and I'm seeking to fill the apartment. Interested parties should apply and be approved by the landlord on or before 2/29/20. Below are details on the rooms.

Room 1 (top level) $1325 - Formally a living room and dining room converted into a bedroom. The room is huge has a built in wall AC/Heating unit. And adjacent to the shared kitchen and bathroom.

Room 2 (lowel level) $1400 - (available to sublet fore one month, then sign new lease for April) Huge basement with tile floors. This room is huge and has a built in wall AC/heating system and includes access to a HUGE patio that is only available to the individual renting this room. The girl leaving has a huge brand new King size bed she's willing to sell to the potential renter.

Room 3 (lower Level) $950 - This room is equally as large and is DISCOUNTED, because there is NO window, fan, ac/heating unit. Current tenant has a space heater and says the room is cool in the summer due to being in the lower level.

Seeking working professionals (preferably men) in their late 20s to mid 30s with perfect credit, able to provide proof of income. Dog Friendly (sorry no cats). NO. COUPLES Prior or after Move In! Building is really nice and the amenities are equally as nice. You can bring the party home, but not in the apt. There are ample space in the building to entertain and host parties. No LOUD music/BASS speakers.

The location of the apt is perfect -- Off the G train stop (Classon or Bedford/Nostrand), Multiple bus routes to Williamsburg, Bushwick, Crown Heights, Downtown BK, etc. There are great restaurants, bars and breweries nearby.

Utilities: Only Electric (ConEd, runs about $200-$250, split four ways) and Internet ($80 split four ways).
