Hi there,

We have a room opening up in our 2 bedroom - 1 flex bedroom / 2 bathroom doorman apt starting March 1st. The room opening up is a true bedroom that shares the bathroom with the flex room. Our current roommate is moving out to move in with his fiance. You would be signing a new lease with us. You can move in towards the end of Feb.

The bedroom is a great size with ability to fit a queen bed (I have a full), desk, night stand with space to spare. It has a big closet. The bedroom also has a beautiful view of lower Manhattan from bed if you choose.

The living room is quite large considering the flex room was added. It's also rather under utilized at the moment so feel free to bring things if you have them. The living room also has a great view of midtown.

Utilities run around $30-$40 per person in peak months. Off peak is as cheap as $10 per person. We also have a cleaning service that comes once a month that is $33 per person.

You'll be signing a new year lease with us starting March 1st.

Roomates:
Travis: 29 year old male traveling sales rep that is on the road quite a bit. Last year I spent 80 nights away. I do work from home on occasion but keep to myself.

Sutton:25 year old female in investment banking. Usually pretty busy during the week and will only be home after 8pm or later. Enjoys a quite night in or out with friends on the weekend.

You would be sharing the bathroom with Sutton.

Overall we're both pretty quiet and very rarely have people over. Looking for someone of a similar mindset.
