There is also a side window to catch cool breezes. The room has wood floors, white walls, a ceiling fan and a walk-in closet. Available furnishings include a metal futon sofa-bed, a high-tech gaming desk, chrome wire shelves and a white floor lamp. The bedroom also features fast password-protected WiFi, a bolt-lock on the bedroom door and a household security alarm.

We are located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood below the Hollywood Hills. We are just a short walk to exciting Melrose Avenue, with all its trend-setting fashion shops. My home is also walking distance to numerous superb restaurants, the antique-furniture stores on La Cienega Boulevard and our vibrant community of small theatres.

If you lived here it would be a short drive to The Beverly Center, The Grove, Farmer's Market, The Pacific Design Center and Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

It's a 20-minute drive to Westwood and UCLA. This is a perfect location for anyone who works in Hollywood, West Hollywood, Beverly Hills or Westwood.

BUS RIDERS: We are very close to various bus stops.

SCOOTERS: There are almost always plenty of rental scooters available right on our block.

ABOUT ME: I am the homeowner --- a working actor, acting coach, spoken-word performer and playwright. I also have plans to pursue my lifelong interest in science and technology. I am creative, busy, healthy, humorous, progressive, practical and environmentally-conscious.

ABOUT THE OTHER RENTER:
The current tenant is in his mid-20's. He is a professional golf caddy who is developing his career in film & TV production. He is personable, courteous and tends to be quiet when at home. He is also an excellent roommate with a great sense of humor.

PLEASE NOTE: There are three bedrooms in the house. I live here and I rent out two of the bedrooms, so there will be a total of three (3) people living here when you move in. In other words, if you rent the room, you will have two (2) housemates.

BATHROOM: There is one shared bathroom in the house, stylish yet simple, always kept neat and clean, just a step away from the bedroom. The shower/tub has a powerful electric vent for fresh air.

WORK-IN-TRADE: Work in trade considered in exchange for partial rent. Interior and exterior detail painting skills required. Primarily, you would be refurbishing and repainting our numerous French windows.

The room is partially furnished and you may decorate & furnish it to fit your taste. The furniture you see in the pictures can stay in the room or it can be removed.
