Seeking roommate for 3 BR apt in LIC

Hi! We have a charming one bedroom available in our 3rd (and top floor) 3br apartment. There has been multiple ways the room has been setup ? The last roommate had a queen bed, giant dresser, big nightstand/ second dresser with room to spare.

THE LOCATION:
? 5 min walk to the 36AV N/W.
? 10 min walk to the Queensbridge F
? 15 min walk to the Queensboro Plaza N/W/7, and Queens Plaza E, M,R.

THE ROOM:
? Is Unfurnished
? Has a spacious closet
? Has Ceiling Fan
? Medium Size
? Can fit a queen size bed + desk or dresser

THE APARTMENT:
Newly renovated and we keep it SUPER CLEAN. We will have a cleaning lady 1x a month, and keep up the cleanliness 1x month.

Heat/hot water included in the rent, available for Jan 1 or sooner (Need deposit + first month). The landlord would need current Paystub, reference from last residence, ID, and copy of W2.

THE ROOMMATES:
Amanda: Early 30s, owner of a start-up, teaches yoga full time and really is only in the apartment to sleep. She teaches quite early on some days so we are looking for someone chill and quiet.

Monique: 29, originally hails from the Midwest, works as a make-up artist. Yes to free consultations! In her free time: British baking show n? chill + wine.

*PLEASE READ THIS*
We are both professional, quiet, respectful and clean women. If you are not all four of these things, please look elsewhere. We're both social out in the world but keep it low key at home. The apartment is somewhat of a sanctuary from the noise and stress of work and the city and we'd like to keep it that way. Our opposite schedules keep us from living right on top of each other and we'd love to find someone else who fits into our quiet and low key home life.
