1br with private bath in 2br/2.5bth condo

I live in a 2br/2.5bth condo in Los Alamitos, just next to Long Beach, with a garage and plenty of parking, central heat and air, washer/dryer in unit, full use of common areas, and you?d be welcome to use the gym equipment that I have in the garage. Each bedroom has a private bath. I'm close to the 405, 22, 605, and 91 freeways.

Quick facts about me: 49yr old female, have my own business as a dog trainer/walker/pet sitter and work part time for benefits and all the coffee I could ever possibly drink from my employer, the latter of which is also a huge benefit to anyone who resides with me. I'm in and out of the house throughout the day, very respectful, quiet, clean, all whilst being friendly and approachable. I'm a non-smoker, no drugs, social drinker. I'm a hiker, cyclist, backpacker, camper, hockey fan - GO KINGS! - enjoy a good Netflix binge once in awhile, and climb the occasional rock. I have 9 year old sweetheart of a German Shepherd who would sell me down the river for a treat. She loves nearly every human she's ever met, and has alerted to a few, which, no doubt, saved me a lot of potential grief. If she doesn't like someone, chances are good I won't, either. She's a good judge of character and very well trained. The only time she barks is if she sees me petting another dog. She quietly alerts me when someone rings the doorbell. The neighbors tell me the only reason hey know I have a dog is because they see me with her, but they never hear her.

The room is fully furnished, but can be cleared out if you have your own furniture. Utilities average $100 for each person, depending on usage.
