Greetings! My name is Zak. My girlfriend Viktoriya & I (and her small dog) have an 13'x10' bedroom, available for a Dec 1 move-in. It's doesn't have a real window (the window in the picture looks out into an enclosed courtyard with a skylight at the top), but it nevertheless a cozy space with hardwood floors & a nice sized closet. We're 5 blocks from the DeKalb Av L station and 7 blocks from the Seneca Av M station & have a large common area upstairs w/ kitchenette, fridge, oven & microwave.

-This is for a 1-Year Lease, it is Not a Sublet.
- Security deposit: $950
- 1st Month's rent: $950
- Every Other Month's Rent: $840 per month*

- If you come check out the room and decide you want to secure it, to do so you will need to submit a lease application incl proof of an annual income of 38K or more. (We will be able to put you in touch with the management who will assist you with the process.)

P. S. This is a two-storey duplex with 4 beds & 1.5 bathrooms; you would be living with three other people, one of whom is a subletter who's not on the lease.
