-Truly, this building is ran by one of the best landlords that I have ever met. He is understanding, accommodating, and generous.

The area:
When it comes to restaurants, it doesn't get better than this. There are so many different choices, all reasonably-priced. If you want to have a night out, there are plenty of bars on Broadway However, if having a quiet night is more your thing, our block provides a shady, comfortable reprieve. There are plenty of grocery stores that have just about everything you could want. There are several laundromats that are within a 2 minute walk. The Museum of the Moving Image and Kaufman Studios are about a ten minute walk away.

Reason why I am moving out:
My partner and I are moving into the apartment down the hall. This apartment is such a gem and we couldn't pass up an opportunity to live here long-term.

Your potential roommate:
One of the most wonderful people I have ever met. I could not have asked for a more respectful, clean, and understanding person to live with.

What she is looking for in a roommate:
-Responsible, young professional that is kind, polite, and tidy. Preferably someone who is okay with her usually keeping to herself but is sometimes down to watch The Great British Bakeoff on the living room couch.
