Hi all,
Looking for someone (no gender preference) to take my place in our 3 bedroom, 1bathroom apartment in Dorchester's Salvin Hill neighborhood starting November 1st (or December 1st) - Sept 1, 2020 with the option to sign on for another year.
Just a 6 minute walk to the JFK/UMass Red Line stop and 6minutes to the Salvin Hill Stop.
Other tenants are females in their late twenties/early thirties. One is a social worker and the other works in the restaurant industry. Everyone is friendly although we don't see each other much because of conflicting work schedules.
Rent is only $850/month and utilities are under $50/person. Laundry is coin-operated in the basement.
Access to both a front and back porch.
