Room in large apartment w/ private backyard

Hey hey hey!

Looking for a roommate to share my beautiful, quiet apartment.

It?s a huge space in Crown Heights with a private backyard & garden and an office/living room we?ll share. Downstairs is our own private washer and dryer plus huge storage space. Two full bathrooms with showers, so we each get our own.

Your bedroom would be in the front of the apartment, which has huge bay windows that face the south, so it gets a ton of sunlight (it's the room with the black bookshelf and black and white painting in it currently). In each room is a personal, built in air conditioner, and baseboard heating controlled off a thermostat, which cuts ConEd costs year-round.

The street is tree-lined and quiet, the building is only three units with very kind, relaxed neighbors. The neighborhood itself is sleepy, but it?s only a 6-minute walk to the Kingston-Throop C and 10-minute walk to cute restaurants and nightlife of southern Bed Stuy/Stuyvesant Heights. 2,3,4,5, A are all about a 15 minute walk away as well.

About me: in my early 30s, creative director at an art and technology company. I like to relax at home mostly, watching a TV show, working on music, tending the garden, making food or getting ready for some adventure. I have two small, well-behaved dogs that are quiet and sweet, except for the brown one who barks for about a minute when someone opens the front door or buzzes.

Looking for someone who will respect common spaces, be calm and friendly and enjoy this lovely space. No drugs, plz.
