Hi I am a male in my early 30's looking for another male roommate to rent out a bedroom in a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home. I am the owner of the home and currently it is myself and another male roommate living in the home. I am looking to rent out the third bedroom as soon as possible as it is currently MOVE-IN READY. This bedroom is available for a single person only (no kids or couples).

A little about me... I am a civil engineer who works from home and I am supervised by my pet cockatiel, Zazu (he lives in the room with me). I enjoy cooking my meals at home and I keep things clutter free. I am quiet, clean, and mostly keep to myself. When I am not at home I am working out, playing sports, or hanging out with my girlfriend or family.

The ideal roommate is a young professional or student in their mid 20’s - mid 30’s. You must have a steady income and be able to pay bills on time. I am looking for a clean, responsible, and respectful roommate to live with in my home.

Your room comes with a dedicated garage parking spot, access to a full kitchen, and access to washer and dryer. You will share a full restroom with the other male roommate. All rooms are located upstairs. Kitchen and livingroom are downstairs and shared amongst us roommates. Utilities will be split amongst the three roommates. Average utilities per month has been around $120-$140ish/person.
