WE HAVE 2 ROOMS. FEMALES PLEASE . NO COUPLES SORRY ! Hi! Starting October 1st rent is $800 every 1st of the month. Utilities vary every month which will be divided equally which is usually no more than $60 per person. We have 2 pools in the complex with hot tubs and a rec center as well. The cross streets are Adams and Brookhurst walking distance to stores, restaurants, and bus stops. The Townhouse is a 3 bedroom and 1 1/2 bath, full kitchen, washer & dryer, and carport which a spot is yours. We stream our tv shows , so there isn?t cable available. If this sounds like a home for you, you would have your own private room sharing the full bathroom with us. We have different schedules so bathroom time has never been a issue. The upstairs is a full bathroom, the downstairs is a 1/2, we typically use the downstairs to get ready for the day. The bedrooms arent furnished so bring your own mattress, the living room is furnished. Be yourself we are fun and loving people looking to make friends and open our home to hardworking women like us!
