Roommates wanted in renovated bed stuy apartment

I'm looking for two roommates to sign a one year lease with in this renovated 3 bedroom 1 & 1/2 bathroom apartment. I've lived here for two years and really love it. It's in a safe neighborhood/building on the bed stuy/clinton hill border with plenty of coffee shops, restaurants/bars, and grocery stores close by. It's also a 5 minute walk to the G train (also close to a/c line) and 15 min subway ride into manhattan.

About the apartment:
- newly gut renovated (high ceilings, exposed brick, hardwood floors)
- 1 & 1/2 bathrooms
- central heat and a/c
- full kitchen (granite countertops, stainless steel appliances/microwave)
- door buzzer
- laundry in building
- living room/kitchen furnished

1st Room ($1095):
This bedroom is the largest in the apartment and has two closets, exposed brick and can fit a queen bed/dresser and extra furniture or even a king bed/dresser. Has it's own thermostat control unit.

2nd Room ($840):
This is the smallest bedroom in the apartment. It has a closet, exposed brick, and it's own thermostat control unit. It can fit a twin or full bed. There isn't a true window, but it does have a small skylight.

A little about me:
I'm 25 and work in PR in the entertainment industry. I'm a respectful/clean roommate and looking for female roommates that can do the same.
