Looking for roomate, Fort Lee Pent House!

Hello! One of our roommates is moving out with her partner and we are looking to find a replacement for her. She currently lives in the master bedroom which includes a private bathroom, a walk in closet, another smaller closet and the washer dryer units (the W/D units are shared amongst everyone, but we'll discuss a plan on when it's ok for us to enter the room to use them) We have two small dogs and are open to someone coming in the home with a cat. (Our current roommate has a cat) The penthouse has two floors, with 3 bedrooms upstairs and one improvised bedroom downstairs. There are also 3 full bathrooms in the apt. The building offers indoor and outdoor parking, but that is not included in the rent and comes at a separate price. There's also 24 hour concierge and laundry room located near the lobby. The building is located next to several stores such as a Rite Aid and Hmart supermarket and the community center across the street. Move in date is Nov 15, but if you need to move in earlier we can certainly accommodate to that as well. Hope to hear soon!
