Mid-century house next to El Dorado Park in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood located in East Long Beach. Close to walking and bike paths, nature center, freeways, shops and restaurants, CSULB, LBCC, and Cypress College. Even though the bedroom is relatively small, it has double doors that open out to a lovely patio and back yard. You are welcome to cultivate it into an outdoor space to your liking.

I'm a high school art teacher with regular hours. Easy going and clean. The house is decorated with a vintage vibe. I love music and sing, although I won't when you're home if it bugs you. :) Looking for a like-minded person although you don't have to be straight like I am.
