Last Roommate had to move. Listing says two bedroom but it's a one bedroom (spacious) with 1 bathroom/living room/kitchen. Living room is shared, currently was using as multi function (as sleeping area for myself) with my own closet separate from bedroom. Restaurants and Grocery stores within walking distance. Lots of public transportation, subway is only two blocks away. 18 minutes from Beverly Hills, 14 minutes from Hollywood, 13 minutes from DTLA. I work both remotely and from the office but I'm constantly out and about. Must be okay with Music at times.
