Hello!
I have a huge room available in a 2 bedroom apartment on a treelined, quiet street in Inwood, Manhattan. Right next to Inwood Hill Park, Fort Tryon Park and the Cloisters. One short block from the A train Dykman stop. $1100 a month and all utilities are included. We share a large eat-in kitchen and bathroom. I keep a very clean apartment. I am smoke, pet, drug and party free searching for the same in a roommate. I am an artist, writer, performer who spends part of the day working from home and I do travel quite a bit during the year. Seeking a roommate who holds a 9-5 job as that schedule seems to work the best for both of us.
Move-in date is negotiable but somewhere near the middle to end of Sept is ideal but we can absolutely discuss.
