Sep 1st Room with Priv Entrance Macdougal Street

Hello there,

I am renting out a room in my NYC apartment (I will be your roommate) anytime after Sept 1st 2019. Early in the process and accepting all inquiries. 1450 Utilities included. I promise you there is not a better deal.

Apartment: Winged 2 bedroom, no living room. 2nd floor walk up directly past the entrance hallway. The apt is towards the rear of the building which makes it extremely quiet. Additionally, this apartment has two entrances meaning you will have your own set of keys and ability to close off your room to the rest of the 2 bedroom when you so desire. I reside in the other room connected by the kitchen and bathroom and have the same ability to close off with my own entrance. It is essentially 2 small studios connected by the common kitchen and bath with each having their own entrance doorway and unique entrance locks. The apartment is spotless clean and tidy and I intend to keep it that way.

Location: It does not get any better. Halfway down Macdougal street in Greenwich Village above Panchitos resturant, you are a one block walk from the west 4th Subway station servicing ACE and BDFM lines as well as a 10 minute walk east to the 456. Macdougal is a very lively block and you are walking distance to everything the west village, Soho and Nolita have to offer.

The Room: The room is decently sized, somewhere between small and large and can easily fit a full or queen size bed in addition to some small furniture. There is no closet, but there is ample clothing hanger bars around the perimeter of room beneath shelves that can hold a large amount of clothes and storage.

You: I'm Open to all inquiries. This can be short term, however, I would prefer those who wish to stay at least 6 months to a year.

The Roommate : I am 29, single and straight. Currently working in Finance up in Midtown. I am easygoing, normal and do not care how much or how little time you spend at the APT - as long as rent is paid in a timely fashion. We will be living in decently close proximity, so fit is important to me.... but you will have plenty of your own space as I am an independent fellow and certainly enjoy mine.
