Spanish Duplex- Lovely and Light

Looking for one (just one) very special female roommate, to share top half of large 1935 Spanish duplex with me (only me) in a residential West Los Angeles neighborhood a few blocks from Pico and La Cienega. Light and airy with hardwood floors, wonderful arches and bright white walls. Copper plumbing. Own completely-furnished room with queen bed, new sheets and towels, white and light wood furniture, beautiful Steelcase desk, lamps, overhead light fixture/fan, wonderful art and a white board on the walls. If you have your own furniture that you would love to use, I'm afraid you would need to find an unfurnished abode. I have no storage available for your furniture or anything else. Sorry! The room has two exposures (and lots of light because the duplex is on a corner) new white honeycomb shades, original tiled shower in private bath and own entrance when you wish. Original tiled kitchen with new refrigerator, Cuisinart, Instant Pot, Vitamix and KitchenAid mixer. New front-loading, energy-efficient washer and dryer in our private laundry room. Large living room with vaulted ceiling, fireplace and leaded glass bay window. Formal dining room. Breakfast nook. Street parking. Central air. 1850 square feet. Security system with Medeco locks and steel security doors. The fleet of heavy equipment from the Sanitation Department doing some sewer work is now gone. The street was just paved. And white lines will go in next week. Parking will soon be back to normal. Currently none-too-exciting back yard with barbeque area. Front yard is awaiting drought-resistant landscaping. I have two amiable cats, but, sorry, I can't take any more pets. I am looking for someone who is easy-going, clean, affable, tidy, not averse to housekeeping, really likes (not just tolerates) cats, didn't vote for the current president and is a non-smoker.
