I'm looking to fill 2 of the rooms in my 3bd 2bt apt at the very dog friendly Jefferson at Marina del Rey. Lease starts Oct. 7th and is 12 months and shared spaces are completely furnished/decorated and the kitchen is fully stocked up. Great washer and dryer in the apartment. Such an ideal location and the apartment is very upgraded. I work fulltime at a digital creative ad agency in Playa Vista and love what I do.
I'm pretty social, bars>clubs, up for anything, openminded & clean!

Master Bedroom:
The master bedroom has enough room for a king bed and even a couch if you wanted. There's a walk-in closet, vanity nook, jetted bathtub/shower, full counter-top and bathroom. I'm a very clean, go with the flow, easy going and understanding roommate that would love someone with the same values. We're dog friendly apartment! The former tenant of the master had a beautiful husky named Acacia. Apartment complex is known for being dog-friendly because of the huge grass belt and doggy bag stations that line the entire complex. There's a front desk, gym, pool, business center, mail lockers, and a parking garage.
