Room for sublet in Queens duplex

My roommate and I are looking for someone to sublet the third bedroom in our Queens apartment starting August 1st through March 31 (with the option to sign for a year after). Both of us are Hofstra alumni and are employed full time. We have a black cat named Phoenix and she is very friendly.

We have private entry to the whole top floor of a duplex, renovated just last year. It includes a full bath, separate spaces for our living room and dining room, and a spacious kitchen with a dishwasher. There is alternate side street parking too with a laundromat near by.

We?re on the same street as stops for the Q58 and Q88 which takes you directly to the 7 train and LIRR at Main Street. Flushing Meadows Park is directly across the street where you can walk to the Queens Night Market and Citi Field!

Rent is $800 a month including gas and water utilities, but we split electric and wifi equally each month. The room is unfurnished.
