The room is very large and has two windows, two entrances, a closet with drawers. The room will also be furnished but doesn't have to be if you have your own furniture!
The landlord lives in the complex, him and his wife are very old so they appreciate tenants who aren't too wild - really no loud noises at night. No smoking in the apartment. No more pets.
