Panoramic, beautiful rooms on 30th floor
Hello!! Two modern, well-appointed rooms (one ensuite) are available from Sep 1 till Jan 15 2020, with renewals possible.
1. The flat:
Our 30th-floor flat is new, comfy, and clean.
The living room-kitchen opens to panoramic, spectacular views of the Charles, the Esplanade, and all major Boston landmarks, with near-full-length windows. Flat is very high-spec and comes with in-unit heating, washer, dryer, dishwasher.
Rooms are well-insulated and soundproofed. (Furnishings and other equipment will depend if I stay; will be able to sell stuff. We can negotiate to sell these off; most furnishings are barely months old.)
Large ensuite room: The room is spacious and will fit a king-sized bed. Very good for two, one works too. A large window lets plenty of natural light in, with unobstructed views of the Charles and Zakim Bridge. Large ensuite toilet, with large wardrobe/storage.
Medium room: Room fits a queen-sized bed, shelf, and additional long desk. Will fit one person. Room-sized window with full unobstructed view of Boston core, Cambridge, and Charles. Full sized wadrobe built-in.
Large common toilet is not ensuite but adjoins (effectively yours.)
Viewings for both rooms are open now.
2. Apartment features & What's included
The friendly Concierge is 24/7 and will collect packages for you; maintenance is responsive.
A well-appointed gym and plenty of comfortable work space (with free WiFi) is on 2nd floor.
Panoramic lounge (35th floor) is large and high-spec, with outdoor BBQ, sun deck, indoor kitchen, and multiple TV screens.
Long- and short-term Parking is available at fee.
3. Amenities/Nearby:
Basically, very convenient. You literally live above North Station, with indoor access to the T. Flat is 1 min drive from the I-93 expressway and Storrow Drive, and a 3-min walk to the Esplanade.
Tasty Burger and Swissbaker is downstairs; CVS is 3-min walk from flat; large Whole Foods is 7-min walk; Haymarket is 7-min walk. MGH is very close by.
4. About me:
I?m a management consultant who spends little time in the flat on weekdays, but will be around in the flat on weekends. I run regularly and am fairly social. Expect regular so-you-think-you-can-dance routines :p
Depending on my own living situations, there is a good possibility I am moving out of the Medium room; however I am encouraging viewings now. You can rent both rooms at the same time.
4. About yourself:
You're a professional who is tidy and cleans up after yourself.
You're friendly and sensible about noise.
Couples are welcome; an additional sum applies.
5. Other terms/timings
Rent is non-negotiable with the commercial landlord; rent does not include utilities (ultra high-speed WiFi, heat, water, electricity, trash). Est $250-300 pm for the flat.
Note that the large Ensuite renter currently pays this and this arrangement equivalent will continue if I do stay in flat.
Full term of stay till end of lease (Jan 15 2020) is required, with renewals possible & encouraged.
Landlord requires 1 month security deposit; you will be responsible for any additional admin/move-in fees. You will be required to provide your first month?s rent upfront; and if I stay, one month of rent to me as the last month?s rent as guarantee.
Move-in date is Aug/Sep 2019, with some limited flex. Lease will be until Jan 2020 at minimum, with possibility of extension
