Looking for roommate @ Denizen Bushwick - 54 Noll

Hello!

I am looking for a roommate in the Denizen Bushwick building on 54 Noll Street (Building Y).

THE BUILDING:
The building itself is large (about 800-900 units currently between two buildings) and has a rooftop patio, lounges and coworking areas, game rooms, gyms, a cafe within the building, and a whole bunch more! (their website aptly describes it - denizenbushwick. com)

[Disclaimer: the building's amenities are currently priced at an additional 100$/month on top of the rent price.]

THE LOCATION:
The building is located conveniently (less than a 10 minute walk) from four trains (J/Z/M at Myrtle-Broad and L at Morgan), which are a few stops away from Manhattan.

AMENITIES INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED:
Amenities included: Hot Water, Cooking Gas, Internet
Amenities NOT included: Heat, AC, electricity

ME:
I work as an auditor and have a varying schedule, sometimes you'll see me frequently, other times you might not see me at all. I'm pretty easy going and generally won't care about much as long as it's not overly loud or obnoxious. I occasionally will have people over, but will usually not have them in the apt and will likely be hanging out elsewhere in the building.
