Dear to-be Roommate. his building is located at 344E 63rd street. Short walk to the N, R, W, 4, 5 & 6 trains at the Lexington Ave station. The area is filled with restaurants, cafes, lounges, bars, and supermarkets. This a private furnished room. The apt. is a one original bedroom converted to a two-bedroom apt in a Building served with two Elevators and laundry. Comes fully furnished ready to move into. The ROOM comes with a twin bed. The room has a desk, closet, and chair for studying or doing work, and a ROKU TV.
It is a great place for you to set up for a short time.
I need someone to commit for at least two months up to 5 months with the possibility to expand this period!!

The Room size is around 110 sq/ feet.

The rate is $1,200 monthly Including Utilities. for a single
person

The weekly rate is for a single person $500.00 for a couple (maximum ONE WEEK To be discussed!!)

I'm a Hard worker Reliable, responsible, quiet and I live a very healthy and fitness-oriented lifestyle and keep my place and my life clean and drama-free. I do not smoke, party, bring people home, or leave a mess behind. I'm an easy-going person who respects others' space/Boundaries and will not have people staying overnight and or doing parties in the place.

Father of a 35 years old son who is teaching Online for Hunter College and looking forward to applying for POSTDOC.

In the total 3(three) people that will share the place are included me and my son.

The room doesn't; t receive straight sun's light. however, it is well aired. It has customized windows facing the hall and has a dual Fan installed that brings cool air from the Central A/C unit.
The Kitchen and the bathroom will be shared between 3 people.

My ideal Roommate is Reliable, responsible. A friendly person opens for a common house necessary conversation and/or chill out time whenever possible. But, that, at the same time, will respect the boundaries. A Professional or Student} will not bring the party home, will not smoke or not do drugs in the room and/or in the place, will clean after himself, will do the dishes if/or when cooking, If have overnight guest more than 2 days ( will compromise to pay/give financial help. Must give a pre-notice.
A maximum of 5 days will be allowed.
