If you want to bring all or some of your own furniture the rent will be a liitle more due to storage costs of the furnishing .that you choose to replace with your own.
If you want to bring all of your own furniture the room will be $950. If you partially bring your own furniture rent will be $900-$925 depending on how many items your furniture replaces in the room that will need to be stored.
If you are working remotely, you will enjoy the spacious, bright room with comfy seating and plenty of room for a work station. There are many outdoor cafes with outdoor gardens with seating walking distance to work and meet up with friends. Also, close to Prospect Park for long walks or visit Grand Army Plaza Saturday for One of The Best Farmer's Markets in NYC .
The apartment is in a charmg well kept 100 year old house. There is one other apartment occupied by 2 hard working actors who work at others jobs as well. The wifi and electric and gas combined are about $65 per month each.

I work remotely with some outside works as well. I seek a pleasant roommate thwat also is work oriented and values health, regular hours and primarily socializes outside the apartment as I do.
And it usually goes without saying...Just wash your own dishes (etc) after cookong and do wipe down the shower and sink in bathroom after each use which is a household courtesy...

.The F train is 3 blocks away at Ditmas Ave and walking Distance to Q & B.
The neighborhood has good amenities and is close to Ditmas Park Cortelyou Road shopping, restaurants and. Farmer's Market on Sundays on Cortelyou Rd. Also, about 1 mile to Prospect Park and Windsor Terrace Neighborhood.
