1 Bedroom: Partially Furnished 4BR, 3.5BA in Logan

I have 1 bedroom available for a 20s-30s female roommate on August 1st in a huge three-story gated townhouse that is directly adjacent to the 606 walking/biking trail. The house has all brand-new high efficiency stainless steel appliances (smart fridge, dishwasher, oven, wine fridge, microwave, and washer/dryer) and central heating/air. The main level has an open floor plan with hardwood floors, a massive 10-ft long quartz island with seating, a convenient powder room, a large couch and brand new big screen TV and built-in surround sound speakers, while the dining area has a new hardwood table. In addition, the main level has a balcony with a small seating area and gas grill. Lastly, it has several floor to ceiling windows that provide tons of natural sunlight with a beautiful view of the 606 trail that sits 15 feet away. The house is located just a block away from one of the trail entrances. There is also a massive, furnished private rooftop deck.

There are currently three of us living in the house. I am a 31-year-old male teacher who keeps busy with work during the weekdays and enjoys going out on the weekends. My roommates are similar in age and lifestyle. I also have a dog, so you should be dog friendly! She is a medium-sized lab mix and is an absolute sweetheart!

The bedroom (11 by 11) is on the second floor, and you would be sharing a bathroom with one of the other roommates.

The utilities are all included (gas, electric, water, heating/air conditioning, home security/internet/cable, and periodic professional cleaning). The common areas, kitchen, bathrooms, and rooftop are all completely furnished, the only thing you would need to furnish is your bedroom.

Short-term or long term-leases are both fine with me, whichever you prefer. Please email me if you are interested and we can set up a time for you to check it out! If you ultimately decide that you want to move in, you are welcome to periodically drop some stuff off in advance so that you will have less to move on 8/1.
