I live in a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome in Aliso Viejo. I'm in the master and my 8 year old son is in another bedroom. The 3rd bedroom and 2nd full bathroom is available. You have access to the kitchen, living room, and patio. There is a community pool as well.
You will have a spot in the 2 car garage. There is also street parking if you have a large vehicle.
The neighborhood is safe and quiet. There is a walking trail almost right outside the door. We are close to shopping, restaurants, Edwards theater, Target, Costco, and the Aliso Town Center.
Looking for a clean, responsible roommate. No smoking. Must be employed and show proof of income.
