Quiet neighborhood near Burbank and Kester, walking distance to Ralphs and CVS, Target and LA Fitness around the corner. It's a six unit building and after I moved in the building became 1/3 gay. I use the house for resting and relaxing. Looking for someone with the same needs in a place to live. I'm out by 6am M-F and home by 6pm, bed by 10pm. I rest and sleep on Sundays and sometimes do bike rides through Balboa Park
