Beautiful Logan Square/Bucktown home - room

Our beautifully-redone two-story home has a huge outdoor patio overlooking the large fenced backyard, a new granite kitchen, a surprising 3.5 bathrooms, and an unusually spacious open floor plan on the main floor (with a large-screen TV and stereo system).

We're looking for a housemate who is respectful, clean, responsible, and communicative for this very comfortable home. I practice classical music in the home and am often out-of-town concertizing. Current housemates are in our mid-20s: a marketer in home security, a college undergraduate, a finance administrator. Previous housemates have typically been Masters/PhD students or young professionals in Chicago. It's a no pets or drugs household. We are looking for a roughly full-year agreement.

The house is located on a cross-section of public transportation stops: the 49 bus (Western), and the 49 Express bus, 76 bus (Diversey). It is an 10 minute ride to the Western-Blue CTA stop (picking up at the house without crossing the street, dropping off directly at the CTA stop). All around the house, you'll find free street parking. There is a large CVS and Dunkin' Donuts around the corner, a full grocery store a 7' walk from the house, and others within as close as a block away: Chipotle, Potbelly, Panera, Owen and Engine, Cornerstone Cafe, Fat Willy's Rib Shack, a megaplex movie theater, Starbucks.

If we find a great fit and agree to move forward, we'll ask for the first and last month's rent to secure your spot. That amount can include $140 utilities which covers: heat, electricity, air conditioning, wireless internet, a cable package, a washer and dryer, the furniture in the common living area and bedrooms, and a quarterly professional house cleaning.
