The building has an elevator and laundry in the building.

The Neighborhood: Morris Park, Bronx is an up and coming, genuinely diverse neighborhood of working people and many families. It?s a quiet neighborhood stocked with parks and schools. A short walk to the Bronx Zoo and Botanical Gardens. In between the 2 and 5 trains, easily accessible to both the west and east sides of Manhattan, and the BX12 bus across Fordham to Inwood/Washington Heights. 30-45 minute ride to Upper Manhattan. 4 blocks to White plains road and 1 block to Pelham Parkway with everything one could need within walking distance.

Your potential roommate: Aside from needing to sign a lease (my landlord does not allow illegal sublets), as stated I am a young hardworking and friendly female, super easy going, all I ask out of a roommate is for mutual respect and open communication. Other than that I am an open book and open to living with anyone who shares those values or something similar.
